Boston North Station (citizenM)

Installation

Boston is currently ranked 5th in most innovative cities worldwide. It makes the perfect location for an innovative hotel brand to select for opening a brand new hotel. citizenM is our oldest customer for our hospitality solutions and is the first to completely get rid of the front desk and replaced it with a table containing our self-service check-in kiosks. Their innovative skills are getting recognized by their long list of awards and we are proud to be part of it for the last ten years.

North Sea Jazz Vouchers (Savoy Rotterdam)

To celebrate the North Sea Jazz weekend in Rotterdam, Savoy Hotel Rotterdam is giving out a free drink to all guests during the whole weekend.

Zurich (citizenM)

Installation

The Enzosystems Hotelkiosk is like a swiss Army knife, lots of functionality in a small box.

In August citizenM will open a new hotel in Zurich, near Paradeplatz and Lindenhof. Just like in all citizenM hotels our self-check-in terminals will also be used there. That’s why we already installed four kiosks at their new beautiful location!

We wish citizenM lots of succes and we hope that we can contribute to the citizenM experience for a long time!

The ED Amsterdam (Eden Hotels)

A stone’s throw away from Amsterdam’s famous Vondelpark, Eden Hotels opened their latest property: The ED.   This is the third Eden Hotel where guests can use our self checkin-in solution and we hope to do a lot more!

Kuala Lumpur (citizenM)

Installation

Some locations are just a little bit more special than others. The new citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang hotel is such a location. We fitted four of our Hotelkiosk DTK-3 together with Advanced scanner units into this brand new hotel. This is our first Malaysian location which puts a +1 on our country counter.

Savoy Hotel Rotterdam (Eden Hotels)

We proudly installed our latest self check-in terminals in one of Rotterdam’s landmarks, the Savoy Hotel. This is the second Eden hotels location for us and we hope there are much more to follow.

Gr8 installations

Installation

A while back we installed our hotelkiosks not on one but on two new locations for Gr8 Hotels. This exiting new hotelconcept is expanding rapidly and we are happy to be part of it.

Gr8 Hotels has a really strong corporate identity and this is a good example of where our custom made user interface adds to the guest experience.

Glasgow (citizenM)

Installation

After almost a decade of service the old Hotelkiosks DTK-1 were being swapped for the latest Hotelkiosk DTK-3 models. Together with Advanced Scanner Module to speed up the check-in proces even more. Guests can scan their travel document to look up their reservation within seconds or scan a QR-code to immediately create a room key.

London Bankside (citizenM)

Installation

In order to bring the current self check-in terminals up to date, we replaced the old DTK-1 terminals by new DTK-3 machines – finished in just one day to keep the down-time for citizenM as short as possible.

A particularly remarkable feature of the new installation: one DTK-3 terminal is especially made for disabled people.
