In order to bring the current self check-in terminals up to date, we replaced the old DTK-1 terminals by new DTK-3 machines – finished in just one day to keep the down-time for citizenM as short as possible.
A particularly remarkable feature of the new installation: one DTK-3 terminal is especially made for disabled people.
Congratulations to citizenM for opening a new hotel in an inspiring location overseas (New York Bowery).
It’s always nice to see our products installed in a new, fresh lobby!
We are happy to announce that on November 5th 2018, our Australian customer Ruby Collection (Gold Coast) has opened its doors to receive their first guests – our self check-in terminals being part of this great moment.
For Enzosystems, this opening was a historic date, too. It’s for the first time, our machines are deployed in “Down Under”.
David Brooke, CEO of Ruby Collection said: “Our first guests checked in using our brand new Enzosystems check in kiosks (the first of their kind in Australia) and our Ruby Ambassadors were on hand to make sure everything ran smoothly, which I’m happy to say it did.”
Our whole team of Enzosystems is happy to celebrate this day along with The Ruby Collection and wishes our customer all the best.
citizenM has a talent for picking nice locations and they did it again by choosing Rådhuspladsen in Copenhagen.
To guarantee high customer experience on this excellent location, we installed no less than five DTK-3 self check-in terminals with advanced Barcode scanner units.
Enzosystems goes Down Under! For the first time, we and our self check-in terminals travelled to the other side of the world.
On the premises of the new Ruby Collection hotel in Gold Coast (Australia) we installed six DTK-3 self check-in machines with advanced scanner units – eagerly waiting for the grand opening of the hotel in two weeks.
