Everything you need to know about Enzosystems self-service kiosks, pre-check-in, and integrations. Can't find your answer? Get in touch.
A self-service hotel kiosk is a compact device placed in your lobby that lets guests check themselves in — scan their ID or passport, confirm their reservation, encode a key card, and head straight to their room — without waiting at the front desk.
Guests receive a secure link before arrival to complete check-in online: verify their identity, fill in the registration form, add extras, and even pay. By the time they arrive, they simply pick up their key from the kiosk — no queues, no paperwork.
Enzosystems connects with the leading hotel PMS platforms including Oracle Hospitality Cloud (Opera), Mews, Apaleo, and Duve. If your PMS isn't listed, get in touch — we're constantly adding new integrations.
Yes. We support major payment processors including Oracle Payment Interface (OPI), Stripe, and Adyen. The kiosk can take deposits and charges at check-in and sync them straight to the guest folio.
The kiosk works with the leading door lock brands used across European hotels, including ASSA ABLOY and Dormakaba. Guests encode their own key card at the kiosk — no reception queue required. A compatible door lock system is needed for mobile key creation.
Our Compact Hotel Kiosk includes a touch screen, card payment terminal, and key card encoder. We also offer a standalone passport scanner. Every device is covered by a fixed monthly SLA fee covering maintenance, monitoring, and 24/7 support.
Software is priced per room per month, with three module tiers — Standard, Advanced, and Complete — so you only pay for the features you need. Hardware carries a fixed monthly SLA fee per device, regardless of which software plan you choose. All pricing is custom-quoted based on your property size and integrations.
Yes. Enzosystems is built for both independent hotels and multi-property groups. You can manage every kiosk across every property from a single dashboard, with real-time status and device health monitoring.
A typical installation is quick — the kiosk is plug-and-play and configured to your PMS, payment, and door lock systems in advance. Most properties are up and running within a few days of hardware delivery.
Every hardware device is covered by a monthly SLA that includes hardware maintenance, remote monitoring, and 24/7 support. Software plans also include email and phone support, so help is always available.

Yes. We support folio and room routing for every PMS we connect to. This means only the charges that are actually relevant to the guest are presented for payment at check-in and check-out — extras, upgrades, and incidental costs are routed to the correct folio automatically. Your guests never pay for anything that isn't theirs, and your front desk never has to manually split or move charges afterwards.
