Our self-service terminals support both secure cash and cashless payments.

For the latter both debit cards, like Maestro or V-Pay, and credit cards, like MasterCard, Visa or American Express, are possible. In case cash payment is required, coins and bank notes can also be handled.

Property Management Systems (PMS)

For us, it’s not only about installing our check-in solutions inside your hotels, we also take care of connecting them to your respective Property Management System (PMS).

Our hospitality terminal support a huge range of PMS, for example Amadeus IDPMS, Amadeus Cloud, Guestline, MEWS, Newhotel, Oracle Opera, Protel and Sihot.

Secure transactions

Whether attended or unattended, security and safety are substantial aspects for our self-service terminals.

Therefore, we install EMV pin pads in our check-in systems – in compliance with the International Security Rules for unattended payment devices.

Data is exchanged between terminals and back office systems as well as in-between devices in a secure, encrypted way. Data stored on non-secure chip cards or barcodes is encrypted and hashed. Alternatively, we use chip cards with on-board encryption.
