Stefan van Welie – Head of Technology from citizenM shares the journey since the opening of the first hotel in Amsterdam in 2008. 

From the beginning, citizenM was not a traditional hotel and was at that time very disruptive to the hotel industry. One of the first things they wanted to introduce was self-service check-in solutions and that is where Enzosystems came in.
